This year will be the sixth Art Fair. In 2009, 65 galleries were in attendance and was a record year in terms of attendance and sales. Over 12,000 people visited the 2009 Fair and in excess of 1,100 artworks were sold. 2010 promises to showcase works from even more galleries, with the possibility of a new record.
The Edinburgh Art Fair will be held once again in the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. With a Charity Preview Evening and Drinks Reception to be held on Thursday, 18th November, the Fair will be open to the general public from Friday, 19th November through to Sunday, 21st November.
Last year’s visitors to the Edinburgh Art Fair were impressed with the sheer diversity of work on display. This fair is one of a few elite fairs where the range of styles and pricing is so immense. With this in mind, the Fair has to be considered as one of the best held in the UK.
