The Affordable Art Fair is the leading showcase in the UK for contemporary art under £4000. The Fair was launched in London in 1999 and now takes place biannually in London and New York, annually in Bristol, Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan, Singapore and affiliate fairs include Sydney and Melbourne. This year, the Affordable Art Fair’s Spring Exhibition in London will be held from Thursday, 15th to Sunday, 18th March, 2012. The venue is Battersea Park and around 120 galleries will showcase an enormous variety of contemporary art under £4000.
Contemporary art enthusiasts, both serious collectors and those who just want to purchase something to display in their homes, will be certain to discover an item that appeals to them at the Fair. Both young talent and established artists will have examples of their work on offer. As well as the amazing artwork, there are a number of special events that have been organised.

These include educational presentations regarding art collecting, as well as a family friendly, hands on AAF (Affordable Art Fair) educational programme, with plenty of activities to entertain, which is free of charge.
