Art Exhibition and Jazz Concert at the Serbian Orthodox Church Of St Sava

Join us during the Serbian Week in Great Britain 2011

This year marks the third celebration of Serbian Week in Great Britain and, as with the previous celebrations, there is much to see and do. This year, the week actually runs over ten event-filled days, with many exciting cultural events that include art exhibitions, films screenings, theatre plays and much more.

Fine Art Escape will once again exhibit a selection of oil on canvas and watercolour paintings by prominent Serbian artists – on Saturday 5th February, together with a concert by jazz musicians, the Branco Stoysin trio – a guitar led trio that brings the Sun to the people. The trio will be blending acclaimed originals and arrangements of enthralling traditional music from former Yugoslavia.  “A musical journey to warm the soul. Not to be missed!” Sarah Ward – Jazz FM
